I’m working on finishing up two rooms the homeowner already started decorating. The paint, wallpaper, furnishings are all done, but the windows and dining chairs need some love. I’m thinking about dressing up black satin dining room drapes with a chartreuse banding, carrying that chartreuse in piping around the dotted dining seats (that are and friendly). And then the chartreuse carries over into the living room across the hall in the feathers of the birds.
